TERMS OF BOOKING
TERMS & CONDITIONS CHRISTMAS 2010

* Please telephone the hotel to check availability for your chosen date and to make a provisional reservation.
* A non refundable deposit of £10.00 per person is due within 14 days of the booking. Swing into christmas is £5.00 per person
•Please make cheque payable to The Little Haven Hotel.
• Full payment of the balance is required for all your party at least 10 days prior to the event.
No payment – no booking.

• All verbal booking will be treated as provisional and will be held for no longer than 14 days pending receipt
of written confirmation and the appropriate non-refundable deposit.

• Bookings not paid in full by 10 days prior to the event will be deemed to have been cancelled and any monies paid will be retained by the hotel.
• No refunds of monies paid will be made for cancellation or decreases in the number of guests attending.
• Only guests who have pre-booked and are part of the event group booking will be admitted to the function.
• Monies paid for non-arrivals are forfeited and cannot be transferred to cover food, drink or entertainment for
the other members of the party.
• All additional charges incurred during the event must be settled prior to departure.
• All events and timings are subject to approval by the local licensing authorities. All statutory licensing
regulations apply.
• The hotel reserves the right to alter or amend any of the contents and prices of the events and packages
necessary without notice.
• In the event of the programme having to be cancelled by the hotel, an alternative date or venue will be offered
or a full refund made.
• All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. Gratuities are at the guests discretion.
• Any damage caused during the event by any member of your party will be charged for.
• No food, wines, spirits or other beverages may be brought into the hotel or grounds of the hotel by guests for consumption on the hotel premises. The hotel reserves the right to confiscate any such items until the function ends, when they will be returned.

• Insurance to cover cancellation and loss of personal effects &money when taking an event feature in this
brochure may be arranged with AIG UK Ltd The AIG Building, 58 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 4AB.

Our terms of booking for WEDDINGS, FUNCTIONS & PARTIES are as follows:

1. Once you have discussed a possible date we will be happy to hold a provisional booking, without any obligation, for 14 Days should we recieve another enquiry for the said date before you pay your deposit we will contact you. Payment of £400.00 which is non refundable can be made by either Cash, Cheque or Credit Card.Failure to pay your deposit after two weeks confirms you do not wish to go ahead with the booking and it will be released.

2. All prices are inclusive of VAT

3. If a function room has been booked and subsequently cancelled without a reasonable period of notice to enable the facilities to be re-let, a cancellation charge will be made.

4. The choice of menu should be confirmed 6 weeks prior to the function. Final numbers are required 4 weeks prior.

5. Children under 10 yrs are charged at 50% adult rate [under 2 yrs are free]

6. Balance due four weeks prior to function.

7. All prices quoted are correct at the time of going to press however The Little Haven Hotel reserved the right to change them without notice. This package is applicable until 31st December 2010.

8. Prices quoted ar for a minimum of 40 persons.
